Manufacturing Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Apply paint using various techniques such as brush, roller, or airless spray
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality results
• Complete painting projects within specified timeframes

Experience:

• Previous experience in industrial painting or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time

Note:

Welding, auto painting, fabricating, warehouse operations, crane operation, and materials handling experience may be beneficial but are not required for this specific position.
