•Candidate MUST have experience spraying automotive (or equivalent) paint. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through sanding, cleaning, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Operate a variety of spray painting equipment including paint sprayers and airless spray systems for efficient coating application Apply paint using conventional spraying techniques, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to achieve smooth, even finishes Follow strict safety regulations by utilizing respiratory protection gear, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment Perform quality checks through visual color comparison and surface inspections to guarantee color consistency and finish excellence Maintain all painting tools and equipment including power tools & hand tools safely and efficiently Skills Proven experience in automotive painting environments Skilled in the use of hand tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, putty knives, and scrapers Experience operating various paint sprayers including airless systems and conventional spray guns Familiarity with safety regulations including proper use of respiratory protection Competence in handling power tools necessary for surface prep or minor repairs during painting projects Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities efficiently Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment!
