MT Solar is looking for motivated people to work on our manufacturing team. MT Solar manufactures patented solar mounting systems in our facility in Charlo, Montana and distributes them throughout North America. We work in steel and utilize band saw cutting, plasma table cutting, grinding, sanding, tumbling, MIG welding, abrasive blasting, wet painting, and material handling to process our products. If you have a strong work ethic, are willing to put in the work required to get the job done, and have experience in painting in a production environment, we'd like to talk to you. Successful applicants should be able to operate in an environment of continuous improvement and be comfortable with trying new processes in an effort to get better and improve efficiency. Applicants must be able to perform measurements and basic math calculations and be able to read and follow written instructions.

Physical requirements:

• Able to lift up to 105 pounds
• Able to work while wearing Personal Protective Equipment
• Able to work indoors or outdoors in an industrial environment
