Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Refinish Technician to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicle exteriors to their original condition through expert surface preparation, painting, and finishing techniques. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle leaves our shop looking flawless, meeting high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, paints, coatings, and clear coats using conventional spray guns or airless paint spraying equipment Use buffing machines and polishing tools to achieve a smooth, glossy finish on vehicle surfaces Operate power tools such as grinders and sanders safely and efficiently during surface preparation and finishing processes Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols including proper respiratory protection when handling paints and chemicals Conduct auto restoration tasks that require detailed attention to surface preparation, masking techniques, and paint application Join us if you're passionate about automotive refinishing!
