Job Description

Industrial Painter Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour based on skill and experience.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM with weekend overtime potential as needed.
Location:
Matthews, NC About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a leading metal fabrication company in Matthews, NC, to find an experienced, Painter. This is a hands-on position focused on high-volume painting of steel components (beams and columns) while maintaining precision and equipment hygiene. What You Will Do Coating Paint all steel products coming through the production line and in the back booth. Ensure paint supplies are stocked for the day; alert supervisors when inventory is low. Help cut wood, load steel, and strap down trailers as needed. Clean and maintain paint guns, tips, and respirators. Keep conveyors, rollers, and the shot blaster free of paint buildup. What You Will Bring 1+ years in industrial or construction painting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict maintenance schedules. Must be able to lift 75 lbs , stand for long periods, and handle climbing/bending/stooping.
