Job Description

Job Overview The Med Gas Certified Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for installing and supporting medical gas piping systems in accordance with project specifications and industry safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Install, modify, and repair medical gas piping systems (oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, vacuum, etc.) Perform brazing in accordance with NFPA 99 standards Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and shop drawings Pressure test and assist with system verification and inspections Work closely with supervisors, inspectors, and other trades on-site Maintain compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Ensure quality workmanship on active healthcare/commercial projects Qualifications Valid Medical Gas Certification (ASME / Brazing / NFPA 99 compliant) Proven experience on commercial or healthcare construction projects Strong knowledge of med gas codes and installation standards Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (healthcare project) Reliable transportation and tools
