Posted 05/2026 Job Description Job Summary Corporate Business Aircraft only Aircraft finishers are specialized technicians or technicians-in-training who prepare, refine, and protect aircraft components. Their work spans exterior painting, metal deburring, and cabin cabinetry, Aerospace Painters & Finishers These technicians apply and manage complex paint coats that act as the first line of defense against corrosion, UV damage, and chemical spills.
They are responsible for:
Prepping aircraft skins, stripping old paint, and masking. Applying primer, topcoats, and anti-static or anti-corrosion finishes. Applying airline decals and legal markings. Cabin/Interior Finishers For private jets and commercial airliners, interior finishers refine raw materials for galleys, bulkheads, and lavatories. They sand, polish, and detail wood veneers, composites, and decorative laminates to a high-end finish. They focus heavily on tight tolerances and a flawless appearance while meeting strict aviation fire-retardant standards. Machined Parts & Deburr Finishers These professionals handle the bare metal or composite parts before assembly. They soften and break sharp edges to ensure safe handling and proper fits. They remove tool tabs and blend mismatches to ensure hydraulic and wiring lines route smoothly without chafing.
