The ideal candidate has an eye for color, pays attention to detail, and works efficiently while maintaining OEM-quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, mixing, matching, and applying automotive paint while working closely with our production team to ensure vehicles are repaired safely and correctly. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive collision painting experience Minimum 2 years of automotive refinishing experience Ability to accurately color match and blend adjacent panels Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and honest Strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Own tools or ability to obtain required tools Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for paint Mix and match paint colors Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matches Perform buffing and polishing as needed Repair minor plastic components when necessary Perform other services as needed or when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow OEM repair procedures and paint manufacturer recommendations Communicate effectively with estimators, body technicians, and management Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bailey's quality standards Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend throughout the workday Lift up to 45 pounds Work safely around paint materials, tools, and equipment Why Join Bailey's?
