Industrial Painter

This position requires experience in industrial wet painting to metal equipment while using a gun. You must be able to read work orders and drawings to begin. You may be asked to help load and unload your paint booth. Paint surface preparation is sandblasting and is accomplished by another department. You will need to inspect the painting surfaces for defects; mix paints, primers, activators, and be able to paint with detail and thickness consistency. You will need to safely operate spray guns and paint booth equipment as well as a forklift when necessary. You will be provided a paint suit and air helmet for safe operation. You are required to meet production schedules. You must have good communication skills and the ability to work others is a must. Minimum 1 year experience required.
