We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial and architectural paint finishes and be able to consistently produce high-quality, professional results. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming. Perform professional spray finishing on a variety of materials and surfaces. Mix and match colors accurately according to specifications. Operate and maintain a paint mixing system . Apply primers, paints, and clear coats using spray equipment. Ensure finished products meet company quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint area. Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines. Requirements 5+ years of industrial painting experience preferred. Must have professional spray-finishing experience. Familiarity working with Matthews Paint and Sherwin-Williams products. Experience using a paint mixing system . Strong knowledge of paint preparation, application, and finishing techniques. Ability to accurately mix colors and achieve consistent finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience with architectural signage, metal, aluminum, or similar substrates is a plus. Experience with Matthews Paint, Sherwin-Williams, and industrial/architectural spray finishing is highly preferred.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
