Job description: We're looking for an experienced and motivated Powder Coater to join our team immediately! This position involves prepping and coating parts on a semi-automated, state-of-the-art line. Key Responsibilities:

Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment Ensure consistent coating thickness and full coverage Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature and cycle times Inspect finished products for defects (runs, thin spots, contamination) Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE Keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) 2 years experience in powder coating, painting, or similar field preferred Knowledge of coating equipment and techniques Ability to read work orders and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift 50-100 lbs

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
