Join the CTS team as a Paint Cell Operator / Coatings Technician and learn a variety of industrial finishing processes , including painting, blasting, masking, and surface preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning multiple processes, and developing a long-term trade skill . What You'll Do Clean, prepare, and mask parts to protect surfaces during processing Perform grit blasting / surface preparation for coatings Apply industrial paints and dry film lubricants Unmask, clean, and prep parts for final inspection or shipment Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and process plans Operate equipment and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect parts and complete required production documentation Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, organized work area Identify and communicate production or quality issues Support continuous improvement and team efficiency Cross-Training & Growth Opportunities You'll have the chance to learn and support multiple processes such as: Masking / deburring / finishing Shipping & receiving Inspection and quality checks Material handling / tool crib Advanced processes (thermal spray) Who We're Looking For We welcome candidates from a variety of hands-on backgrounds, including: Manufacturing or production Painting, powder coating, or finishing Automotive or body shop work Welding or fabrication Construction or skilled trades Military or mechanical experience You'll be a great fit if you: Enjoy hands-on, physical work Have strong attention to detail and quality Can follow instructions and safety procedures Are dependable and team-oriented Want to learn multiple skills and grow Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Must be a U.S. Person as defined by
ITAR/EAR
