In this role, you will be responsible for setting up . Scraping , caul , applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and eye for detail to transform spaces with precision and professionalism. Looking for someone not afraid of high and paint peaks of 3 story Residential homes!! Please have Transportation. Great pay based on experience!! Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate painting methods and materials for each project. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying and conventional spraying), and other hand tools with accuracy and efficiency. Perform construction site surface preparation, including masonry work, stucco application, fixture installation, and renovation tasks as needed. Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Conduct color matching using visual color comparison techniques to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes. Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools such as power tools, hand tools, and spray equipment; ensure all safety regulations are followed during operation. Collaborate with team members on industrial painting projects. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, or construction site painting. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes related to painting projects. Familiarity with color theory principles for accurate color matching and visual consistency. Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and scaffolding equipment like ladders. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Experience with surface preparation techniques such as plastering, caulking, masonry work, stucco application, and renovation projects. Knowledge of safety regulations including respiratory protection measures and safe ladder use practices. Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities effectively. Handyman experience or frame carpentry skills are a plus for fixture installation or remodeling tasks. Strong attention to detail with an eye for visual color comparison; excellent communication skills are preferred.
