RESPONSIBILITIESSet up industrial washer for cleaning partsApply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coatedLoad parts on the conveyorMix coating liquid to the desired color or pour the powder into the hopperSet baking oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powderCheck parts afterward to ensure the correct paint thicknessRemove parts from the conveyor and de-mask as requiredComply with company safety protocols and always wear protective gear

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plusRequired to stand for long periodsMust be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and coldMay engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pullingExperience in auto-painting is preferredStrong communication and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGreat attendance and punctualSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
