SWA is hiring a Metal Painter (entry level) in Franklin, OH!

Pay:

$17 hr + 10% shift differential once assigned to 2nd shift

• 2:30 am, Overtime possible daily and Sundays We are looking for a Metal Painter who can work with their hands, preparing product for painting and bonding.

You'll be reading and understanding our blueprints and schematics to paint aerospace brackets and conduct quality control checks.

Duty Requirements:

Paint aerospace brackets with primer and paint per company specifications and customer expectations in a manner consistent with the company's quality and productivity standards. Using RTV adhesive, attach rubber blankets to aerospace brackets in areas to reduce wear on critical hardware areas. Read and interpret specifications manuals or assembly blueprints and schematics to plan building or assembly operations Verify functioning, conformance to customer specification and machine capabilities by conducting quality control checks

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and stand on a daily basis Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc Able to successfully pass vision screens Able to sit for prolonged periods Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects

Pay:

Up to $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
