Hydrographics Technician

Key Details:

Starting Pay:

$14-$18+ per hour (based on relevant experience)

Schedule:

First shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with overtime opportunities) No weekends! Full-time with a 90-day probationary period

What You'll Do:

Operate proprietary custom automated hydrographic equipment Identify part substrates and prep them for coatings Sand/scuff and degrease parts Fixture and rack parts for painting and dipping Apply primers, adhesion promoters, paints, and topcoats using HVLP spray guns Perform hydrographic dipping and finishes Blow parts dry with compressed air Maintain focus on fine details while working efficiently to keep production moving

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and strong attendance (be on time every day!)
