• Operate powder coating equipment, including automated systems, to apply coatings accurately and efficiently on metal components
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, or surface preparation techniques aligned with construction painting standards
• Interpret production documents and specifications to ensure correct coating procedures and color matching through visual color comparison
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage practices
• Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and safety gear, adhering strictly to safety protocols during all operations
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards in industrial painting and coating finish
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools such as power tools, airless paint sprayers, and machining equipment to ensure optimal operation Minimum Requirements
• Ability to work on-site during scheduled shift hours
• Good attention to detail and safety-minded approach
• Reliable and punctual Nice to Have Skills
• Prior experience with surface preparation or coating applications
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance Other Requirements
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
