Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring an Industrial Painter for a full-time position. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with painting experience who is comfortable working in an industrial environment. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Available shifts include:

2nd shift- 5PM to 3:30AM (Monday to Thursday), Overtime on

Friday Duties & Responsibilities:

Wash, prep, prime, and paint baskets and related materials Perform industrial/automotive-style painting using airless paint sprayers Prepare surfaces to ensure a smooth, quality finish Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company standards Assist with general production duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous industrial or automotive painting experience preferred Experience using airless paint sprayers required Must be able to wear a respirator as required for the position Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a strong work ethic Commitment to following safety procedures
