May be required Position Summary The Monel Coating Technician operates and maintains equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings to equipment, ensuring high-quality, corrosion-resistant finishes. The role supports surface preparation, coating application, inspection, maintenance activities, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Experience in coating, painting, manufacturing, maintenance, or a related industrial environment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow procedures and safety requirements. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment or coating issues. Ability to work effectively with production and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare equipment and surfaces for Monel coating applications. Operate and maintain coating equipment according to established procedures. Apply protective coatings to meet required specifications and quality standards. Inspect completed coatings for quality and proper coverage. Troubleshoot coating or equipment issues and support efficient production workflow. Work with production and maintenance teams to meet operational requirements. Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under the direction of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician. Accurately record maintenance-related activities and information in TLM business systems. Follow company and division TLM standards. Maintain required competencies through the TLM Competency Management System. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all applicable safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Pay:
