• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting structural steel using a spray gun, ensuring that metal beams are prepped, primed, and painted to meet customer specifications.
• Responsibilities
• + Use a spray gun to apply paint and coatings to metal beams. + Prepare and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion. + Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies. + Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications. + Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Essential Skills
• + Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial painting. + Proficiency with spray guns and HPLV (High-Pressure Low-Volume) systems. + Ability to mix and apply industrial paints and coatings.

• + Experience in a leadership role, even if not in a formal work environment.

• Work Environment
• This position is based in a small manufacturing facility with less than 50 employees. The facility specializes in coating, painting, and welding services for various industries. The work schedule is from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

• This is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
