Duties Assist with surface preparation tasks such as cleaning, sanding, and plastering to ensure optimal paint adhesion on industrial and commercial structures Learn and apply various painting techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and airless), and coating application on different surfaces Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to access hard-to-reach areas during renovation or maintenance projects Support the setup and operation of paint sprayers, including airless spray systems, while adhering to safety regulations and respiratory protection protocols Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately execute coating plans for structural or industrial applications Participate in site inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed and quality standards are met during construction or renovation projects Assist experienced team members with fixture installation, stucco work, or other handyman tasks as needed Skills Basic understanding of construction site operations and experience with construction estimating is a plus Knowledge of color theory for accurate visual color comparison and matching Familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial painting techniques including surface preparation and finishing touches Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), brushes, rollers, and other equipment safely and effectively Strong awareness of safety regulations related to construction painting environments; committed to safety protocol adherence and proper use of respiratory protection equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications for precise application of coatings or paint layers Experience with construction site activities such as remodeling, maintenance, plastering, stucco work, fixture installation, or renovation projects is advantageous Good communication skills with an eye for detail; basic math skills for measurements and estimations are helpful Join us in transforming spaces through expert surface preparation and vibrant coatings!
