$60,000-$100,000+ Per Year Hallman Champion Collision Center is looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our growing collision repair team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs, pays attention to detail, and wants the opportunity to earn based on their experience and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and surface preparation Mix and apply primers, sealers, basecoats and clearcoats Match colors and blend panels accurately Inspect completed work for quality and proper finish Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate effectively with technicians, estimators and management

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous professional automotive painting experience required Collision repair/refinishing experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive paint processes and materials Ability to accurately match and blend colors Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license I-CAR or other industry training is a plus
