We are seeking skilled and dedicated Painters to join our construction and renovation teams. The ideal candidates will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, plastering, drywall installation, stucco application, and surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying and conventional spraying), and other hand tools for precise coverage. Conduct structural painting on various surfaces such as beams, columns, walls, ceilings, and fixtures in both interior and exterior environments. Perform surface repairs and maintenance tasks including patching holes, filling cracks, and refinishing surfaces during renovation projects. Follow safety regulations by wearing respiratory protection, using proper ladder techniques, handling power tools safely, and adhering to site-specific safety protocols. Select appropriate coatings based on project requirements and color theory principles; perform visual color comparisons to ensure consistency. Prepare construction painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, stripping old paint when necessary, and ensuring surfaces are ready for new coatings. Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project scope and material needs accurately. Assist with fixture installation or handyman tasks as needed during remodeling or maintenance projects. Requirements Proven experience in construction painting across residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Knowledge of surface preparation techniques such as drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, and coating procedures. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Familiarity with safety regulations including respiratory protection use and safety protocol adherence on construction sites. Understanding of color theory for effective visual color matching. Basic math skills for measurements and estimations related to construction estimating tasks. Experience with renovation projects involving drywall repair or remodeling activities. Good physical condition with the ability to work at heights using ladders safely. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
