Vehicle Painter / Paint Prepper - Diehl Collision of South Hills Turn Your Attention to Detail into a Rewarding Career! Diehl Collision of South Hills is seeking a motivated and dependable Vehicle Painter/Paint Prepper to join our growing collision repair team. Whether you're an experienced automotive painter or a skilled prepper looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces Mix and apply automotive paint and finishes to manufacturer standards Perform color matching and blending as needed Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality Maintain paint booth, equipment, and a clean work area Work closely with collision technicians and estimators to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive paint preparation and/or vehicle painting preferred Knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Positive attitude and strong work ethic
