Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Paint Sprayer to join our skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to cabinets and related millwork, ensuring a flawless appearance that meets project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and passion for quality. Responsibilities Prepare cabinet surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Operate spray equipment, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools safely and efficiently. Apply paint coatings evenly across surfaces, paying close attention to detail to prevent drips or uneven coverage. Follow blueprints, schematics, or project plans to execute precise cabinet finishes aligned with client expectations. Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools after each project. Requirements Proven experience in cabinet painting or finishing within the construction or restoration industry. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as sanders, brushes, rollers, caulking guns, and spray equipment. Knowledge of power tools relevant to painting preparation and finishing processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling cabinetry or materials on-site safely. Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Strong understanding of surface preparation.
