Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential, commercial, and industrial spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transforming surfaces through expert painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing touches. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Execute residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and airless), and construction spray techniques Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute projects according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment safely to reach high or hard-to-access areas while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols Select appropriate coatings based on surface type and project requirements; apply coatings evenly for a smooth finish that meets quality standards Perform surface repairs such as caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation during renovation or restoration projects Maintain a clean work environment by managing debris and ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times; wear respiratory protection and other safety gear as needed Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise project execution Experience Proven experience in construction painting including surface preparation, coating application, and finishing across various environments Skilled in using hand tools, power tools (including paint sprayers), scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment effectively and safely Knowledge of color theory to match palettes accurately for aesthetic consistency in residential or commercial projects Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating basics, and technical documentation Experience with renovation projects involving plastering, stucco work, masonry, carpentry (trim framing), drywall finishing or restoration work is highly desirable Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately while adhering to safety regulations on construction sites Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection measures during spray applications or hazardous material handling Join us in creating inspiring spaces where craftsmanship meets innovation!
