Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various steel and aluminum surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets strict production standards. Responsibilities Ensuring parts that are prepared for coating are acceptable Operate all coating equipment including guns, and booth collection systems Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application Cure parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company-established goals for quality and customer satisfaction Perform housekeeping for machines and department to maintain a clean and organized work area Become efficient with painting techniques to meet quality and efficiency needs Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Experience with powder coating preferred, but not required Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle or use hand tools Ability to identify and correct inconsistencies in final product

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
