Description:

The Wash & Paint Prep position is responsible for working with the team to complete the cleaning process and ensure timely coordination of trailers through the prep and pre-paint process. This role ensures that trailers are completely cleaned and dried in the pre-paint process. Key Responsibilities Production Flow Management Ensure trailers are completely cleaned and drying to meet the expected paint rotation timeline Monitor and manage the movement of trailers through the prep process from prep to paint completion Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or prep operations preferred Proven ability to problem-solve and think ahead Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Monday

• Friday (Saturday's as needed) 6:00am
• 2:45pm or until job is done
