Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Paint and Body Technicians. #IND123 Responsibilities Full-Time; Weekdays (6:00am - 2:30pm) Ability to operate sander (wet and dry), grinder, pressurized paint gun(s) Familiarity with Bondo, one-stage paint, power tools preferred but not required Must pass Respirator Fit Test and wear N95 respirator while working Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, and auto painting techniques. Familiarity with auto estimating processes and customer service best practices. Experience working with hand tools and equipment specific to auto body repair. Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary during the repair process. Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
