Description:

We are seeking an individual who would like to join our growing team as a Polisher / Grainer. Individual will be responsible for polishing or graining aluminum parts to high-quality standards. We will train the right candidate who is willing to learn our process. With our continued growth, we are always looking for hard-working, professional individuals to join our team. This position is full time, day shift, Monday - Friday 730a -4pm in a climate-controlled facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finish or polish AL parts using a variety of stationary grinders, buffing wheels and sanders. Wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, face shields, gloves, dust masks etc. Move material weighing up to 50 pounds. Repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation. Frequent standing, bending, walking, kneeling, squatting and twisting. Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. Keep work area clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Follow all company rules and policies. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Follow all safety rules and quality standards. Work with your department team to maximize productivity and efficiency. May have to prepare product for shipment. Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above. Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
