We are a professional collision repair and custom automotive shop committed to quality workmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, stays busy without being told, and wants to grow with a company. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for primer and paint Block primer and bodywork Wet sand and final sand before paint Mask complete vehicles and individual panels Buff and polish completed repairs Perform light disassembly and reassembly Prep new replacement parts for paint Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist the painter in keeping production moving Help with custom vehicle projects when collision work is caught up Qualifications Previous collision repair or paint prep experience preferred Knowledge of sanding techniques and grit progression Experience masking complete vehicles Experience with buffing and polishing is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be dependable and punctual Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team Preferred Skills Primer application Paint mixing Basic painting experience Light body repair experience Tear down and reassembly What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time Takes pride in quality Works with urgency Doesn't stand around waiting to be told what to do Wants to grow with the company Pay $18.00/hour during a 30-day paid evaluation period Performance and pay will be reviewed after the first 30 days.
