We're currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Painter to join our dynamic team. Pay depends on skill level and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color and finish Apply paint using spray guns and other professional tools Inspect and correct finished surfaces for defects Maintain clean and organized work area Follow safety and environmental guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in automotive or RV painting preferred Knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques Familiarity with modern painting equipment and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with large vehicle/RV painting and finishing Collision repair background
