Rodfathers has been in business for 19+ years. Painters Helper must be able to do the following on travel trailers, motorhome & buses: Must be able to mix paint from mixing machine Must be able to tint color Prepare vehicles & parts for painting using proper equipment & materials Mask vehicles for painting Prime vehicles & parts Sand vehicles & parts (by hand & with power sanders) prior to painting Buff/wet sand as needed & other functions related to the final delivery of the vehicle Operate all equipment safely Cleaning vehicles after they are painted Account for & document time spent working on each job each day Must be able to multi task (work on different jobs at the same time) Maintain work area in clean & safe condition Notify the painter to any usual problems or additional work needed on the vehicle Candidate must: Have knowledge of automotive paint procedures Have dependable transportation Be able to work from 12' ladder Be able to pass drug test •Pay will be determined by experience in an actual body shop•People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
