Job Duties:

Work in an electroplating shop as a plater Manually moving metal parts from tank to tank to put the finishes on them Ability to lift 50 lbs. Parts are hung from wire on hooks or placed in metal racks to be finished Troubleshoot plating defects and assist in identifying process improvements Follow all safety procedures for handling chemicals, hazardous materials, and personal protective equipment. Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and organization of plating equipment and work areas. Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and other production team members to meet production schedules. Inspect plated parts for coverage, thickness, adhesion, appearance, and other quality requirements.
