THE ROLE
Join us at an exciting time of growth and opportunity! Our company is a new expansion driven by seasoned entrepreneurs with a strong track record of success in other ventures. With a brand-new warehouse under construction, this role offers the unique chance to be part of something big from the very beginning. We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing medical bed components to meet quality standards and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prep metal and other surfaces for painting using sanding, masking, and cleaning techniques Mix and apply paint finishes (powder coating or wet spray, depending on process) using spray equipment Inspect parts for defects before and after painting to ensure top-quality results Maintain and clean paint booth, spray guns, and related equipment Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times Collaborate with other production staff to meet deadlines and quality goals Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in a painting role required Experience with automotive paint required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with paint mixing, spraying techniques, and surface preparation Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Experience with powder coating or industrial spray booths desired Mechanical aptitude or general fabrication experience desired but not required Dependability, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
