In this vital role, you will be responsible for completing products with precision and quality, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards. Your expertise will help transform raw materials into finished goods ready for delivery, contributing to the overall success of our production process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety are prioritized. Responsibilities Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint sprayers to finish products according to specifications. Perform surface preparation and apply industrial or construction paint to enhance product appearance and durability. Operate forklifts, cranes, and other materials handling equipment safely to move components within the workspace. Conduct precision measurements using specialized instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure quality standards. Assemble fabricated parts with accuracy, utilizing basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Perform auto body repairs or auto painting tasks as needed to restore or enhance product surfaces. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly handling materials and disposing of waste according to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments with hands-on work involving hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with machining processes, welding techniques, and auto body repair is highly desirable. Knowledge of industrial painting methods, including airless spraying and auto painting techniques. Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery safely within a warehouse or industrial setting. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or fabrication instructions accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks are essential.
