Full-Time Position Summary RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join a busy manufacturing team in Rowlett, TX! This position is responsible for preparing metal surfaces, applying powder coatings, operating curing equipment, and inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality, durable finish. The ideal candidate has previous powder coating experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying pretreatment chemicals. Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment. Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating results. Inspect finished products for proper coverage, uniformity, and quality. Mix and match powder colors according to production specifications. Clean and maintain powder coating equipment and work areas. Work with production and quality teams to meet production goals and quality standards. Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE. Qualifications Powder coating experience required. Experience operating powder coating equipment and working with powder coating processes. Ability to read and follow job instructions, blueprints, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
