Job Description

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Painter to join their team. As a Production Painter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 2pm•10:30pm During Training•1st shift 6a-2:30pm•once trained 2nd shift•2pm•10:30pm What's the Job?
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting to ensure proper coating adhesion. Mix and apply industrial primers, epoxies, polyurethanes, and other protective coatings using spray systems. Interpret manufacturing blueprints, paint specifications, and industry standards to determine coating requirements. Perform quality checks including film thickness testing and defect detection to maintain high standards. Maintain and clean spray equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience as an industrial painter, preferably in manufacturing or heavy machinery environments. Knowledge of industrial coating materials and equipment operation. Ability to recognize coating defects and achieve uniform finishes. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with PPE in a paint booth environment. What's in it for me? Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Más de 2 años de experiencia como pintor industrial, preferiblemente en fabricación o maquinaria pesada. Conocimiento de materiales de recubrimiento industrial y operación de equipos. Capacidad para detectar defectos y lograr acabados uniformes. Resistencia física para estar de pie por largos períodos, levantar hasta 25 libras y trabajar con equipo de protección en cabinas de pintura. ¿Qué beneficios obtengo?
