Position Summary TRIARC is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Liquid Paint Painter to perform industrial spray painting and coating operations as part of our tank refurbishment process. This position prepares tank surfaces, mixes and applies liquid coatings, and ensures finished products meet established quality and appearance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform liquid spray painting of refurbished propane tanks and related components according to established specifications and work instructions.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, wiping, masking, and other required preparation activities.
• Mix and prepare paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications and established procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on spray-painting equipment, including spray guns, hoses, pumps, and related equipment.
• Apply coatings consistently to achieve required coverage, thickness, appearance, and finish.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects, including runs, sags, orange peel, dry spray, overspray, pinholes, and inadequate coverage; perform touch-up or rework as needed.
• Follow required drying and curing procedures; maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Responsibly manage and dispose of paint materials, solvent, waste, and contaminated materials in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
• Follow all company safety requirements, including PPE, respiratory protection, ventilation, chemical handling, and fire prevention practices.
• Meet established production schedules while maintaining required safety and quality standards. Qualifications
• Previous experience in industrial spray painting, automative painting, manufacturing painting, or a similar production environment.
• Demonstrated experience applying liquid paint or coatings using spray equipment.
• Ability to properly mask and protect areas where painting is not necessary. Knowledge of basic surface preparation and coating application techniques.
• Ability to follow coating specifications, manufacturer instructions, and written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment while meeting quality and productivity

Pay:

$19.00
