Paint Booth Spray Technician The Paint Technician is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinet surfaces. This role ensures all products meet quality standards and customer expectations. You will work with a team to produce clean, consistent finishes on custom cabinetry. Paint Booth Spray Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking) Mix paints, stains, and coatings to meet color and finish requirements Apply finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects Touch up or rework surfaces as needed Maintain and clean spray booths, tools, and equipment Follow safety guidelines when working with paints and chemicals Keep work area organized and clean Communicate with team members and supervisors on production needs
Paint Booth Spray Technician Qualifications:
Previous experience in painting, finishing, or cabinet work preferred Experience with spray equipment is a plus Ability to match colors and recognize finish quality Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and improve skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
