) What You ll

Be Doing:

Operating electrostatic spray equipment to ensure high-quality, wrap-around finishes on metal surfaces. Prepping, cleaning, and masking parts to meet our "built from the ground up" standards. Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, efficient workspace.

Proven background in electrostatic painting (liquid or powder).

Precision:

An eye for detail-no runs, no drips, no errors.

Reliability:

You re someone who shows up ready to work the 4-day stretch.

salary:

$19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30

No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities and Duties Surface Preparation:

Clean, sand, blast, and degrease metal parts to ensure proper adhesion.

Masking/Racking:

Apply masking tape or plugs to protect specific areas from coating and hang parts on conveyor lines.

Powder Application:

Operate electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings, ensuring correct thickness and color as per specifications.

Quality Inspection:

Visually inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and proper adhesion.

Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge:

Ability to understand blueprints, technical specs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 50+ lbs. Attention to

Experience:
