About the Role We are hiring a Painter to prepare and finish custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This role includes preparing surfaces, masking, caulking, spray painting, and inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality appearance. Every unit is different, so attention to detail and pride in your workmanship are essential. This is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and safety matter. This is a safety-sensitive position. Safe work practices and attention to detail are required at all times.
