Industrial Painter - Night Shift Cheney, Washington Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM 4-day work week Paid lunch + 5% shift differential Pay $21.44-$30.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that. About the Role We are hiring a Painter to prepare and finish custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This role includes preparing surfaces, masking, caulking, spray painting, and inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality appearance. Every unit is different, so attention to detail and pride in your workmanship are essential. This is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and safety matter. This is a safety-sensitive position. Safe work practices and attention to detail are required at all times.
