Powder Coat Painter•
Pultrusion Manufacturing Shift:
Mon-Thurs 2pm•12:30am
Pay:
$27•$32/hr
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, powder coating, curing, and inspecting pultruded composite products to ensure they meet quality, durability, and appearance standards in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pultruded parts for coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, and hanging Apply powder coatings using spray equipment according to specifications Operate and monitor curing ovens for proper temperature and cure times Inspect finished products for defects, thickness, and coverage; perform touch-ups or rework as needed Maintain powder coating equipment, spray booths, and work area Follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards Properly handle materials and wear required
PPE Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Industrial powder coating or manufacturing painting experience preferred Knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hot, industrial environment What We Offer Our benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
