Maintain paint spray equipment Applies touch up paint to parts as needed Ability to do paint repairs to damaged/painted incorrectly items Follow and complete work orders throughout the painting process Able to read engineering drawings, mix paint, and mask parts accordingly Identify and obtain equipment, tools and materials needed to properly perform job function Properly execute Hazardous Material Disposal activities Prepare/mix the various paint materials Clean and service spray guns, paint tanks, brushes, hoses, and related equipment after using. Identify and obtain equipment, tools and materials needed to properly perform job function Prepare and set up all equipment and supplies to perform work assignment Train and lead paint staff
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3-5 years of industrial painting experience is required Former experience in estimating materials and labor requirement for painting project Ability to perform the simple mathematical calculations Ability to train staff Properly execute Hazardous Material Disposal activities Work well under pressure, meeting and completing deadlines Has knowledge of and is able to initially troubleshoot equipment and involve supervisor and maintenance if necessary Fully capable of using all methods to safely handle material from start to delivery of finished product Above average problem-solving skills Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter, strong work ethic, driven to meet company objectives Strong desire to teach train and develop team members Is respectful and keeps a professional demeanor, capable of managing conflict and avoiding it Our company offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.
