Position Summary:

The Powder Coat Painter is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to meet quality and production standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a durable, high-quality finish on parts used in outdoor power equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, masking, and hanging components Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment Monitor coating thickness and ensure even application Load and unload parts from the curing oven Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and defects Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals and quality standards

Qualifications:

Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Work Environment:
