Assess amount of time it will take to complete rework on unit Prep area to be painted - sand, putty, prime, etc Paint and clear coat unit Buff and clean product of debris and overspray Log time spent on unit performing rework Educate and train Paint Technicians Control inventory on paint supplies Develop relationships with paint supply vendors Follow all safety policies Follow and educate Paint Technicians on OSHA requirements Apply Now !
