Industrial Painter Green Bay, WI | $18 - $23/hr | Contract to Hire About the Role This role focuses on applying industrial coatings to metal parts while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail. You will work with a variety of paint equipment and techniques to meet customer requirements and production standards. This position is ideal for someone with a steady hand, strong focus, and the ability to work across different part shapes and sizes. You'll play a key role in ensuring finished products meet both visual and functional expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Apply coatings using gravity, pressure, and air assist paint equipment
• Ensure proper paint application based on product capabilities and process requirements
• Correct surface areas and address metal imperfections as needed
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across all parts
• Distinguish and apply appropriate primer applications for different paints
• Recommend improvements to quality or production standards when applicable
• Follow verbal instructions and execute tasks accurately
• Adjust application techniques to achieve desired coating results
• Work on varying part shapes and sizes in different positions Required Qualifications
• Ability to use a variety of paint equipment including gravity, pressure, and air assist systems
• Strong attention to detail with consistent quality technique
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for consistent paint application
• Ability to measure and adjust application techniques as needed
• Ability to stand on ladders, crawl, kneel, bend, stretch, and work in various positions Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with industrial coatings
• Experience in metal fabrication or parts manufacturing
• Ability to correct surface areas and metal imperfections

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
