Full Job Description Starting Salary:
$18.00 /hr and up depending on experience. Raises after 3 and 6 months working 4-10-hour shifts
Duties:
• Surface prep: Use heating fixture and/or industrial oven
•
Coating Application:
Mix and apply coatings using spray equipment.
•
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished surfaces for defects.
•
Equipment Maintenance:
Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, pumps, heaters, and etc. to ensure proper functionality.
•
Safety Compliance:
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations for handling hazardous materials.
Minimum Education or Certificate Requirement:
High School diploma or G.E.D. Minimum Time in
Equivalent Position:
Four months preferred.
Required Skills:

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of spray painting equipment
•
Basic Knowledge:
reading, writing, basic math
•
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail: Ability to spot imperfections and maintain consistent, high quality finishes.
•
Safety Knowledge:
Understanding of hazardous materials handling, environmental regulations and PPE requirements.
•
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or
