Job Description

Overview:
Since 1927 Everbrite has been lighting up your life with our outdoor signs, indoor signs, drive-thru signs and scoreboards. You have seen the signs that we have built, now let Everbrite brighten up your career and future. We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces using airless paint spraying techniques. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
  • Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint and coatings
  • Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Shifts 1st
Shift:
4:30am
  • 3:00pm 2nd
Shift:
3:00pm
  • 1:30 am 2nd shift differential offered!
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment
  • Assist with materials handling and inventory management as needed
Skills:
  • Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in painting applications
  • Ability to operate a forklift for materials handling purposes
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint quantities

  • Previous experience as a Painter or similar role preferred
