Spray Technician

Key Responsibilities Prepare truck beds and other surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking) Apply LINE-X coatings using specialized spray equipment Ensure proper thickness and even application across all surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect finished products for quality and consistency Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment Assist with general shop operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in automotive, body shop, or spray application preferred (not required — willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to perform hands-on work and stand for extended periods Mechanical aptitude is a plus Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual, and dependable Preferred Skills Experience with bed liners, coatings, or paint spraying ( Not REQ) Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Compensation & Benefits $20-$30 per hour (based on experience) On-the-job training Opportunities for career growth and advancement How to Apply Send your resume or work experience to: [email protected] Or apply in person at: LINE-X of Eastern Panhandle 422 Steeley Way Kearneysville, WV 25430 304-725-9900
